Cancellations
Cancellation can only be processed if works have not started to any made to measure items. If Work has started we can cancel and a partial refund for the work that has not been completed.

Your complaint will be taken seriously, we will investigate the issue and go to great lengths to find a solution while keeping you informed through the process.
